From building a £1M+ business to helping others do the same

FORGE was founded by Christopher Allen, an entrepreneur with extensive experience in business development, sales, logistics, and commercial growth. Christopher's career has been built around identifying opportunities, building relationships, and creating solutions for businesses operating across complex industries. Starting from the ground up, he developed a strong understanding of sales, prospecting, market research, negotiation, and customer acquisition through hands-on experience rather than theory. In 2023, Christopher co-founded R & R Recycling, a specialist food waste and recycling business serving customers throughout the UK. Operating within the anaerobic digestion and waste management sectors, the company quickly established itself as a trusted partner for food manufacturers, waste producers, and treatment facilities. Through strategic business development, relationship-led sales, and a focus on delivering value to customers, R & R Recycling grew rapidly, generating annual revenues in excess of £1 million. The business built one of the UK's largest networks of anaerobic digestion facilities and developed commercial partnerships nationwide. Following the successful growth and eventual sale of the business, Christopher recognised a common challenge faced by many business owners: generating a consistent flow of qualified opportunities whilst balancing the day-to-day demands of running a company. This experience led to the creation of FORGE. Today, FORGE helps businesses connect with decision makers, generate meaningful conversations, and build stronger sales pipelines through tailored outreach and appointment setting. Drawing on years of real-world experience in sales, business development, market research, prospecting, negotiation, and relationship management, Christopher understands what it takes to win new business in competitive markets. Unlike many lead generation agencies, FORGE was founded by someone who has built, scaled, and sold a successful business.
